Not all brows are created equal… and not all techniques should touch your skin.

Appointment & Deposit

A $200 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total treatment cost.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Once booked, your time is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a fully focused, detailed experience.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

Requests made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments are non-cancellable and may only be rescheduled in accordance with the policy above.

If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are applied toward your treatment cost and secure dedicated time reserved exclusively for you, which is why they are non-refundable.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit. Clients with a no-show on record may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling, and your deposit may be forfeited.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.

Photography Consent

By booking, you consent to before and after photos being taken for documentation and potential use for educational or promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to have your photos shared, please let me know at your appointment.
