Late Arrival Policy:

Please arrive on time to ensure your full service can be completed as scheduled. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your session — and your deposit will be forfeited. If you anticipate being late, contact us as early as possible. We’ll do our best to adjust without compromising the experience of clients after you.

Rescheduling Procedure

We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to reschedule any appointment. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and will require a new one to rebook.

Appointments missed without any notice will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the time, preparation, and exclusivity of each session, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Cancellations made within 72 hours are treated as last-minute reschedules and are subject to the same terms.

No-Show Policy:

A no-show, meaning no communication and no appearance is considered a full forfeiture of your appointment. In these cases, you will be charged the full service amount, not just the deposit.

Clients with a no-show on record may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments.
