Important: Late Arrival Policy

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can complete your treatment as scheduled. Please note that if you are running 10 minutes or more behind, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and unfortunately, your deposit will be forfeited. If you anticipate running late, please inform us via email or Instagram, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Rescheduling Procedure

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide us with advance notice. Any rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit, requiring you to rebook. Missed appointments will be considered no-shows, and the full payment will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

While we understand that unexpected events may occur, please note that we uphold a strict no-cancellation policy. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations due to our lengthy appointment times and busy schedule.

No-Show Policy:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but please be mindful of our time and resources. In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, a $100 charge will be applied to your account.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
